As our services are digital in nature, they are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
Refunds are therefore limited and will only be issued under specific conditions outlined below.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Refund requests will be considered if:
Service Not Delivered – If we fail to initiate or deliver the agreed service within the promised timeframe, and no progress has been made.
Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice due to a technical error.
Service Cancellation – If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Once project work, research, campaigns, or design concepts have been initiated.
If results are subjective (e.g., SEO rankings, ad performance, or design preferences).
For completed services already delivered and approved by the client.
For third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (advertising spend, hosting, domains, plugins, stock assets, etc.).
For website development and design projects, refunds will only be provided if no significant work has started.
Once design drafts, coding, or development milestones have been shared, only a partial refund (covering the unused portion of the project) may be considered.
Custom development and design projects are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
SEO, PPC, and Social Media campaigns involve ongoing effort, time, and resources. These services are non-refundable once work has started.
Any advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is strictly non-refundable, as those payments are made to third parties.
